Description
NSW LCC Swing Check Valve – Class 150 to 2500, RF/RTJ/BW Ends
The NSW LCC Swing Check Valve is a robust non-return valve engineered for critical flow control in high-pressure pipelines. Designed for unidirectional fluid flow, it prevents backflow and protects system components. The valve features a cast LCC body suitable for low-temperature service and is available in a wide range of pressure classes from Class 150 to 2500.
This valve is offered with flanged (RF/RTJ) or butt-weld ends per ASME and DIN standards and includes either a bolted cover or pressure seal cover based on pressure rating. Its heavy-duty swing disc ensures dependable closure with minimal pressure drop, while the construction meets stringent API 6D, BS 1868, and DIN 3356 specifications. Internal parts and sealing surfaces are customizable with a variety of corrosion-resistant alloys for demanding fluid environments.
