The VITE LTX-06-0543 is a manually operated lined diaphragm valve engineered for demanding fluid handling applications involving corrosive, abrasive, or high-purity media. With a nominal size of 20A (approximately ¾" or DN20), this valve offers a maximum working pressure of 8 bar (116 psi) and is suitable for service temperatures ranging from -10°C to +150°C, depending on the lining and diaphragm materials.
Designed for long-term reliability, the valve features a cast iron or ductile iron body with a corrosion-resistant internal lining such as PTFE, FEP, or PFA, ensuring compatibility with aggressive chemicals. The diaphragm, typically made from EPDM, PTFE, or Butyl, forms a tight seal against the valve weir, achieving bubble-tight shutoff per EN 12266-1.
This valve includes a bolted bonnet design with a rising stem handwheel for manual linear operation. Its end connections are flanged, compatible with standards such as JIS B2220 or DIN EN 1092. It supports bidirectional flow with a preferred flow direction from under the diaphragm for optimal sealing and diaphragm longevity.
For flexibility in automation, the valve is convertible to pneumatic or electric actuator operation via a top-mounted bracket. This makes it suitable for future upgrades in semi-automated or fully automated process lines.
