The Choke and Kill Manifold by QOF is a high-integrity pressure control system essential for maintaining wellbore stability during drilling, well testing, and emergency shut-in operations. Built to perform reliably in sour gas (H₂S) service and high-pressure environments up to 15,000 psi, these manifolds are compliant with the most stringent oilfield standards, offering unmatched safety and operational control.

Designed to divert, reduce, or safely relieve wellbore pressure during drilling or control operations, the system facilitates key functions such as well circulation, pressure monitoring, and fluid injection or bleeding. The manifold can be configured to meet Specification Levels PSL1 through PSL4, Performance Requirements PR1 and PR2, and Material Classes AA through FF, providing robust adaptability for any onshore or offshore application.

Constructed using precision-engineered valves, chokes, flanges, and fittings, each manifold is rigorously tested to ensure compliance with API 6A, API 16C, and NACE MR0175 for sour service environments. Working mediums include drilling mud, crude oil, and natural gas, allowing this unit to support high-risk, high-demand operations across the oilfield sector.
