1" Manual Gate Valve – Class 150, Stainless Steel CF8M

This 1" (25 mm) manual gate valve is a compact, bidirectional isolation valve designed for reliable shut-off in industrial piping systems. Featuring a wedge-type gate mechanism, the valve offers dependable isolation performance in both flow directions. Operated manually via handwheel with a rising stem configuration, it allows clear stem position visibility and intuitive control.

Constructed from high-quality ASTM A351 Grade CF8M (316 stainless steel equivalent), the valve ensures excellent resistance to corrosion and chemical attack, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in process, chemical, and utility systems. The bolted bonnet design enhances sealing integrity and facilitates maintenance access.

The flanged ends conform to ANSI B16.5 standards with raised face (RF) construction, ensuring compatibility with Class 150 piping systems. The four-bolt pattern with an 88.9 mm bolt circle diameter and ~108 mm flange OD supports easy installation.
