The API 6D Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve by TEJI is engineered to deliver secure flow isolation and control in critical pipeline systems. Designed in full compliance with API 6D, this valve serves demanding industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, and chemical processing. It provides superior sealing, robust safety features, and long-lasting reliability under high-pressure and severe service conditions.
Available in 2” to 24” (DN50 to DN1200) and pressure ratings CL150 to CL2500, the valve can be furnished in 2-piece, 3-piece, or fully welded body configurations. Options for full or reduced bore, as well as soft or metal seated designs, ensure versatility across various operating requirements.
Manufactured from a wide range of carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex grades, including WCB (A105), LCB (LF2), CF8 (F304), CF8M (F316), CF3 (F304L), CF3M (F316L), and 4A (F51). End connections include flanged (ASME B16.5 / B16.47) or butt-welded (ASME B16.25) to suit pipeline specifications.
Equipped with anti-blowout stem, anti-static device, and fire-safe construction per API 607, the valve provides double block and bleed (DBB) capability and can be specified with single or double piston seat types. For enhanced safety, a grease injection port enables emergency secondary sealing.
Suitable for cryogenic and high-temperature service, the API 6D trunnion valve ensures compliance with stringent international standards and supports multiple actuation options including manual, gear, electric, or pneumatic operation.
