Manufactured using forged steel and available in three robust bonnet configurations—Bolted Bonnet, Welded Bonnet, and Pressure Sealed Bonnet—this valve provides exceptional reliability and performance under high pressure and temperature conditions.
Unlike conventional packing-seal valves, this model features an integrated bellows stem seal, which ensures zero leakage from the valve stem, making it a preferred solution for nuclear, chemical, and high vacuum pipeline systems. The internal structure includes a plug-type disc with a flat or conical sealing surface, moving linearly along the pipeline axis to ensure optimal shut-off performance.
Engineered specifically for critical operations involving radioactive, toxic, or high-purity media, this forged gate valve guarantees long service life, precise actuation, and enhanced safety for both personnel and process equipment.
