The Bolted Bonnet Forged Gate Valve by TEJI is a high-integrity forged steel valve engineered for shut-off applications in demanding industrial environments such as oil and gas, steam, and high-temperature boiler systems. Designed with a bolted bonnet construction, this valve allows for straightforward assembly and maintenance, making it ideal for systems requiring routine service or inspection.
This gate valve operates with a disc moving linearly and perpendicular to the flow, ensuring minimal flow resistance when open and reliable shut-off when closed. It is available with either flat or conical sealing surfaces, offering versatility for different sealing requirements. The Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design allows clear visual indication of valve position and isolates the stem threads from the fluid for improved reliability.
The valve incorporates advanced sealing components, including a two-piece self-aligning packing gland and a graphite spiral wound gasket, ensuring excellent performance under high pressure and temperature. End connections are available in Socket Weld (SW) per ASME B16.11 and Threaded Ends (NPT) per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 for secure, leak-free installations.
