The BT-F12 is a robust, one-piece flanged ball valve engineered for general industrial applications where reduced port flow control is required. Designed to ANSI B16.5 Class 150 standards, this valve features a reduced port configuration and ANSI B16.10 face-to-face dimensions, ensuring compatibility with standardized piping systems.
Equipped with a solid ball, blow-out proof stem, and anti-static device, it provides reliable shut-off performance and operational safety. The ISO 5211 mounting pad allows for easy actuation with pneumatic or electric actuators. Standard lever operation is included, with additional customization available.
Optional features such as a locking device, fire-safe design, fixed handle (via alternate molding), and higher ANSI 300Lb pressure rating variants enhance its flexibility across process systems. The valve body is available in AISI 316, AISI 304 stainless steel, or carbon steel (WCB) to suit various media and environments.
