The BT-F12 is a 1-piece reduced port ball valve designed for efficient flow control and safe operation in industrial piping systems. With flanged ends compliant with ANSI B16.5 Class 150Lbs and face-to-face dimensions as per ANSI B16.10, this valve ensures compatibility with standard pipeline assemblies. Its reduced port configuration optimizes flow dynamics for applications that do not require full bore design, offering better cost and pressure management.
This valve comes equipped with an ISO 5211-compliant mounting pad, facilitating easy automation with electric or pneumatic actuators. Built-in safety features include an anti-static device to mitigate charge build-up and a blow-out proof stem to prevent stem ejection under pressure. The lever-operated mechanism offers ease of manual control, and a locking device is integrated to secure the valve’s position during operation.
Optional upgrades include a fixed handle for secure manual setups, a fire-safe design certified for harsh environments, alternative ANSI 300Lbs rating, and various mounting pad configurations (direct or elevated).
Engineered for durability and adaptability, the BT-F12 is a preferred choice in chemical, petrochemical, and general industrial sectors where compact design and secure actuation are critical.
