The BT-FGA Gate Valve is engineered for reliable shutoff performance in a wide range of industrial fluid systems. Designed for ANSI 150L and JIS 10K pressure classes, this valve ensures minimal pressure drop during full-open conditions and robust sealing during closure. Its wedge-type gate offers tight shutoff, making it suitable for applications involving water, oil, gas, steam, and other non-viscous fluids.

With flanged ends conforming to ANSI B16.5 and JIS B2239, and face-to-face dimensions meeting ANSI B16.10 and JIS B2002, the BT-FGA provides seamless compatibility with international piping systems. The valve is manufactured to ANSI B16.34 design standards and fully tested to API 598, ensuring reliable operation and pressure integrity under demanding service conditions.

The BT-FGA gate valve is available in sizes from 1/2" to 12" and constructed from high-performance materials like ASTM A351 CF8M (316SS), CF8 (304SS), or A216 WCB (carbon steel), offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. For applications requiring elevated pressure ratings, models are also offered in ANSI 300Lbs, JIS 20K, and DIN PN16.
