The BT-V2FMH-150L/300L is a robust 2-piece flanged ball valve engineered for precise and reliable performance in industrial fluid handling systems. Designed with a full port configuration, this valve ensures maximum flow capacity while minimizing pressure loss. The flanged ends conform to ANSI B16.5 standards and are available in both Class 150 and Class 300 pressure ratings to suit a range of operating conditions.
This model features a direct mounting pad compliant with ISO 5211, enabling seamless actuator installation and integration with automation systems. The valve is further equipped with essential safety features including an anti-static device and a fire-safe design, making it suitable for use in hazardous environments.
The blow-out proof stem design enhances operational integrity by preventing accidental disassembly or stem ejection under pressure. It is operated via a sturdy lever for smooth manual control and includes a locking mechanism to secure valve position during operation. Solid ball construction is standard, with optional hollow ball available for Class 150 models.
Face-to-face dimensions are in accordance with ANSI B16.10, ensuring dimensional compatibility across standardized installations. Additional configurations in JIS 10K and 20K are also available, providing flexibility for global applications.
