The Buried Fully Welded Ball Valve from TEJI is engineered for underground installation in critical infrastructure systems such as natural gas pipelines, urban heating networks, and chemical processing lines. With a fully welded body and extended stem, this valve ensures zero external leakage, exceptional durability, and protection against sulfide stress cracking in harsh subsurface conditions.
Available in DN200 to DN1400 (2" to 24") and pressure ratings from PN16 to PN64 (CL150 to CL600), TEJI’s buried ball valves can be supplied in full or reduced bore configurations. Valve body materials include A105, F304, F316, LF2, and more, with seat options like PTFE, Nylon, or PEEK for optimal compatibility with operating conditions.
These valves are ideal for city gas distribution, district heating trunk and branch lines, heat exchange systems, steel plant fluid and exhaust systems, and chemical pipeline networks. Designed for direct welding into transition piping, their compact structure eliminates flanged joints and the need for valve chambers, reducing both space and maintenance requirements.
