Description
TEJI 24" Cast Steel Cryogenic Gate Valve – ASME 1500#, Extended Bonnet, Flanged Ends
The TEJI Cast Steel Cryogenic Gate Valve is engineered for safe and reliable isolation in ultra-low temperature applications involving liquefied gases such as LNG, liquid oxygen, nitrogen, ammonia, and hydrogen. Available in both bolted bonnet and welded bonnet configurations, this valve ensures excellent leak protection and mechanical integrity under cryogenic conditions.
Its extended bonnet design prevents packing deterioration by maintaining temperatures above freezing near the gland area. The body-bonnet joint can be sealed with 316 flexible graphite wound gaskets or fully welded for a zero-leak configuration. A pressure relief hole on the inlet side of the wedge prevents cavity overpressure from thermal expansion.
Designed to conform with major global standards (BS6364, ASME B16.34, API 598), this valve is suitable for severe cryogenic duties in petrochemical, LNG, aerospace, and chemical plants. Customizable end connections (flanged, RTJ, butt-weld) and fire-safe, anti-static features ensure operational flexibility and compliance.
