The TEJI Cast Trunnion Ball Valve is a next-generation high-performance valve designed for long-distance transmission and industrial pipeline systems. With a fixed (trunnion-mounted) ball structure, this valve is engineered for applications requiring high reliability, pressure endurance, and corrosion resistance.

The valve features a double block and bleed (DBB) capability, anti-blow-out stem, ISO 5211 actuator mounting platform, and automatic cavity pressure relief—ensuring safe operation even in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. Its fireproof and anti-static construction, combined with a low-torque operation, makes it a preferred choice in the petrochemical, energy, and processing industries.

Additional enhancements such as a valve cavity cleaning device, emergency sealant injection system, and pressure-balancing ball hole contribute to improved maintenance, sealing performance, and system safety.
