The Series 39 Ceramic Lined Butterfly Valve is engineered for highly abrasive and corrosive service environments such as slurry transport, mining, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), and chemical processing. Featuring an integral ceramic disc and seat, this valve delivers exceptional wear resistance and long service life even under extreme conditions. The concentric design offers tight shutoff, while the full ceramic wetted surfaces prevent erosion, scaling, and chemical degradation.
Built for reliability, the valve incorporates robust construction and is compatible with manual, pneumatic, and electric actuators. The Series 39 is the ideal solution for handling lime slurry, fly ash, alumina, acids, and other aggressive media.
