The Ceramic Lined Butterfly Valve Series 39 is purpose-built for extreme service conditions involving abrasive slurries, corrosive chemicals, and high-solid content fluids. Its robust construction features an alumina or zirconia ceramic liner and matching ceramic disc, offering superior resistance to erosion, corrosion, and high temperatures.
This valve is designed for industries such as mining, chemical processing, power generation, and pulp & paper, where traditional materials would degrade rapidly. The ceramic liner provides a smooth, hard sealing surface, while the ceramic disc ensures tight shutoff performance over an extended lifecycle.
The Series 39 incorporates a rugged body design with high-integrity sealing technology and is available with multiple actuation options. Its low-torque operation and precise flow control make it a preferred choice for automated and manual systems handling aggressive media.
