The TEJI Cryogenic Side Entry Triple Offset Butterfly Valve is engineered to perform reliably under ultra-low temperature conditions as low as -196°C, making it ideal for cryogenic applications in LNG, LO₂, LN₂, LAR, and other liquefied gases. Its triple-offset geometry eliminates friction during operation, ensuring bubble-tight shutoff and extended service life without galling or wear.
This valve incorporates a long extended bonnet to keep the stem packing above freezing temperatures, while the fire-safe metal-seated design ensures safety in the event of external fire. Reinforced stainless-steel bearings and internal blow-out prevention mechanisms further enhance safety and performance.
Compliant with BS6364, ASME B16.34, API598, API6D, and ISO15848, this valve meets high integrity requirements and is suitable for demanding industrial and energy sector installations. Manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric actuation options are available for versatile operation.
