Description
Cryogenic Split-Body Ball Valve – ASME 150#–1500#, Extended Bonnet, Fire Safe
The Cryogenic Split-Body Ball Valve is engineered for extreme low-temperature applications requiring rapid actuation and absolute leak-tight sealing. With a full bore and larger flow diameter than conventional globe valves, this valve is ideal for use in cryogenic storage tanks, LNG trailers, low-pressure pipelines, and industrial systems handling toxic or flammable cryogens such as liquid oxygen, nitrogen, ethylene, or LNG.
The valve features a long extended bonnet to isolate the stem packing from extreme cold, ensuring safe and reliable operation. A cryogenically treated floating ball and seat system offers enhanced durability and safety by relieving abnormal cavity pressure caused by temperature shifts. Certified fire-safe by TÜV and compliant with international design standards, this valve offers high integrity and minimal torque operation, with options for manual, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuation.
