The TEJI Forged Cryogenic Gate Valve is precision-engineered for demanding low-temperature applications down to -196°C. Designed in accordance with BS6364 standards, this valve features a long-neck bonnet to maintain the stuffing box above freezing point, ensuring reliable packing performance and effective thermal insulation.

Manufactured from rigorously tested materials, the valve components are subjected to cryogenic treatment cycles to prevent brittleness and cracking in subzero conditions. A pressure relief port on the inlet side ensures no abnormal cavity pressure buildup, supporting safe valve operation.

This valve is ideal for cryogenic liquids such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and ethylene. Available in socket-welded or flanged connections, with manual or gear operation. For added reliability, proper grease maintenance is recommended to ensure long-term wear resistance, especially when used in gasoline or volatile media service.
