The Forged Steel Trunnion Ball Valve is a robust isolation valve designed for demanding industrial environments where reliable shutoff and pressure integrity are critical. Featuring a trunnion-mounted design, the ball is mechanically fixed by upper and lower support shafts, preventing axial displacement in the flow direction and enabling consistent sealing performance across all pressure levels.

Line pressure acts against the downstream seat, forcing it into firm contact with the ball surface and ensuring a tight, bubble-proof seal. An integral automatic cavity relief mechanism is standard in the design, which allows for the controlled venting of overpressure that may develop in the body cavity due to thermal expansion or trapped media—enhancing operational safety and compliance.
