The Forging Fully Welded Ball Valve by TEJI is engineered for demanding pipeline applications requiring maximum structural integrity and zero external leakage. Constructed entirely from forged materials, the valve body is welded—eliminating the need for bolts and gaskets—thus minimizing leakage points and maintenance demands. This robust design is ideal for underground installations and high-pressure oil and gas pipeline networks.
Available in both spherical (single weld seam) and cylindrical (dual weld seam) configurations, these valves provide mechanical reliability and consistent wall thickness, free from casting defects such as shrinkage cavities, sand holes, or pinholes. Designed in compliance with ISO 14313 and API 6D, TEJI’s welded ball valves incorporate full bore flow for minimal pressure drop and low operating torque.
The valve is equipped with advanced features such as emergency sealant injection for leak containment, cavity pressure self-relief for overpressure protection, and low-emission packing for reduced environmental impact. Enhanced safety is provided through fire-safe, anti-static, and blowout-proof stem designs, while stainless steel overlay and extended bonnet options improve corrosion resistance and durability.
These valves support advanced sealing configurations including Double Block & Bleed (DBB), DIB-1, and DIB-2, making them suitable for high-integrity pipeline shutdowns. With a wide range of body materials and actuation methods available, TEJI’s forged fully welded valves deliver consistent performance in aggressive and critical environments.
