Description
Frac Gate Valve – Full Bore, High-Pressure, API 6A Compliant for Hydraulic Fracturing
The Frac Gate Valve is purpose-built to withstand the extreme conditions of hydraulic fracturing in both onshore and offshore operations. Designed with high-strength forged steel and advanced metal-to-metal or elastomeric sealing technology, this valve offers leak-tight closure even at pressures up to 15,000 PSI.
The full-bore, straight-through design eliminates flow restrictions, supporting efficient proppant flow and minimizing erosion during pumping. It enables high-rate pumping and quick actuation, making it a critical component of frac trees and zipper manifolds.
With replaceable seats and gate, the valve is field-serviceable, allowing for rapid maintenance and reducing downtime in critical operations. Available in manual or actuator-operated versions, the frac gate valve ensures precise flow control, exceptional durability, and maximum safety in high-pressure environments.
