TEJI’s Fully Welded Ball Valve is engineered for maximum reliability and durability in critical pipeline systems. Constructed entirely from forged materials with a welded body, this valve design eliminates bolts and nuts, eliminating potential leak paths and ensuring structural integrity. The forged construction delivers a uniform structure and consistent wall thickness, free from casting defects such as shrinkage cavities, pinholes, cracks, and sand holes.
Available in both spherical and cylindrical types, the spherical variant features a single welding seam, while the cylindrical type has two seams, increasing structural reliability. The valve’s full bore design ensures unobstructed flow with effectively zero flow resistance, making it ideal for high-integrity transmission applications.
This valve meets international standards such as ISO 14313 and API 6D and features an emergency seat sealant injection system, cavity pressure self-relief, and low-emission packing. Fire-safe, anti-static, and blowout-proof stem features enhance operational safety. It also supports DBB, DIB-1, and DIB-2 valve seat configurations, and can be equipped with extended bonnets or stainless steel overlays to suit underground, cryogenic, or corrosive applications.
