The MT Group 2-inch Class 150 gate valve is a compact and high-integrity valve engineered for dependable shutoff in industrial pipeline systems. Featuring a robust A216 WCB carbon steel body and raised face flanged (RF) ends, this valve is equipped with a bolted bonnet and a flexible wedge design for effective sealing under fluctuating thermal conditions. The disc is made from A217 CA15 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and erosion. The seat features a combination of A105N carbon steel with Stellite 6 (STL.6) overlay, ensuring extended service life and sealing integrity. An A182 F6a stainless steel stem adds superior strength and corrosion resistance. This valve is ideal for use in water, oil, steam, and general-purpose industrial flow control systems.
