The MT Group 3-inch gate valve is engineered for reliable shutoff performance in low- to medium-pressure industrial pipeline systems. This ANSI Class 150 valve features raised face (RF) flanged ends, a rugged bolted bonnet construction, and a flexible wedge disc for dependable sealing. The valve body is manufactured from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel for strength and durability, while the disc is made of A217 CA15 stainless steel alloy for corrosion and wear resistance. The seat is constructed from A105N carbon steel with STL.6 (Stellite 6) overlay, offering extended life in abrasive or high-cycling environments. An A182 F6a stainless steel stem completes the assembly, providing excellent resistance to galling and corrosion.
