Cryogenic Globe Valve (TEJI) – Precision Machined, Extended Bonnet, PTFE/Elgiloy Lip-Seal

The TEJI Cryogenic Globe Valve is purpose-built for ultra-low temperature service, delivering precise flow control and exceptional sealing integrity under cryogenic conditions. The valve features a meticulously engineered bonnet extension to isolate the stem packing from direct exposure to cryogenic media, ensuring reliable performance even at temperatures as low as -196°C.

A standout feature is the precision-machined stem-bonnet interface, maintaining a clearance of less than 1mm. This tight tolerance ensures smooth operation while significantly reducing the risks of stem freeze and leakage—issues common in cryogenic systems.

To enhance sealing reliability, the valve incorporates a Lip-Seal made from Elgiloy and PTFE, combining the spring elasticity of Elgiloy with the chemical resistance and low-temperature sealing performance of PTFE. In the event of fire exposure, a secondary graphite seal ensures containment integrity, complying with fire-safe standards.

These advanced design elements make the TEJI cryogenic globe valve ideal for critical applications in LNG systems, air separation plants, liquid oxygen or nitrogen service, and cryogenic trailers.
