The High Performance Triple Offset Butterfly Valve from TEJI is meticulously engineered for critical applications in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and hydropower sectors, where extreme temperature, pressure, and corrosive media are prevalent. Featuring a triple offset geometry, the valve minimizes friction and wear, ensuring a bubble-tight seal and long service life in demanding conditions.
Constructed with high temperature steel, stainless steel, and duplex alloys, the valve body and sealing seat are integrally cast. The seat surface is reinforced with Stellite, a temperature and corrosion-resistant hardfacing alloy, delivering superior resistance to abrasion and thermal cycling.
The sealing system incorporates advanced materials such as PTFE, rubber, and flexible graphite, ensuring reliable shut-off across a wide operating spectrum. Capable of withstanding pressures from Class 150 to 900LB (PN6 to PN100) and temperatures up to 800°C, this valve meets global standards for design and inspection, including API 609, API 598, ASME B16.10, and ISO 5752.
Operational flexibility is supported through options such as manual lever, worm gear, electric actuators, or pneumatic actuators, catering to a range of control system requirements.
