TEJI’s Metal Seated Trunnion Ball Valves are designed to outperform conventional soft-seated valves in high-temperature and abrasive service conditions. With a robust metal-to-metal sealing system, these valves provide exceptional resistance to wear, thermal expansion, and corrosive media. The trunnion-mounted ball design ensures stable sealing and torque-efficient operation, even under high-pressure differentials.
Each valve incorporates critical safety and performance features such as double block and bleed (DBB), cavity pressure self-relief, anti-static devices, and blowout-proof stems. A dust-proof, self-cleaning seat design maintains seal integrity by preventing the accumulation of solid particles.
Available from 2” to 24” (DN50 to DN600) and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 1500 (PN16 to PN250), these valves are built with a wide selection of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel. Valve trims can be selected from high-performance overlays such as Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, or Ni60, tailored for specific industrial applications.
