The Metal Trunnion Ball Valve by TEJI is purpose-built for high-performance operations involving elevated temperatures, extreme pressures, corrosive media, and solid-laden fluids. Unlike soft seal valves, this metal-seated configuration offers a significantly broader operational range and superior resistance to mechanical wear, erosion, and chemical degradation.
The valve features a trunnion-mounted ball, which ensures low torque operation and robust sealing performance even under fluctuating pressure conditions. It is particularly well-suited for use in coal chemical facilities, polysilicon plants, and acid transport systems such as those involving nitric and sulfuric acid.
Engineered for minimal pressure drop and extended service life, the valve's metal-to-metal seating design ensures reliability where soft-seated alternatives would fail. With high mechanical strength, corrosion-resistant body materials, and compatibility with multiple actuator options, TEJI’s metal trunnion ball valves set a benchmark for industrial fluid control in aggressive service conditions.
