Description
OEM Floating Ball – Precision Engineered Valve Ball Solutions
The OEM Floating Ball is engineered at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility to provide high precision, durability, and operational efficiency across a wide spectrum of valve applications. Known for its ability to ensure tight shutoff and responsive flow control, the floating ball is a fundamental component in industrial valve assemblies.
Designed to meet the rigorous demands of industries such as oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and power generation, the floating ball design allows for axial movement under pressure, enabling a tight seal against the downstream seat. This product is available in both solid and hollow configurations, with optional sealed cavity variants for specialized media handling.
Utilizing multiple manufacturing methods such as investment casting, bar stock machining, centrifugal casting, and forged construction, our floating balls are engineered for excellent roundness, surface finish, and dimensional stability. Each product is tested using high-precision instruments like the Rondpak roundness tester, TESA Micro-Hite 3D, and surface roughness testers to ensure it meets global quality standards.
Customization is available for all geometries, seat interfaces, and port configurations (L, T, V, X, and F), making this product adaptable for a variety of OEM valve designs.
