The One Piece Floating Ball Valve from TEJI is a high-performance valve solution designed for precise control and shutoff operations in industrial pipeline systems. This valve features a compact, one-piece body construction with a floating ball mechanism that ensures tight sealing and smooth operation. The ball, which serves as the closing element, rotates along the central axis of the valve body to open or close flow with minimal torque.
Suitable for a variety of applications in the oil & gas, chemical, power generation, and process industries, the TEJI one-piece valve supports reduced bore configurations from 2" to 12" and pressure ratings up to CL600. The valve meets key international design and testing standards, ensuring robust performance under demanding service conditions.
Equipped with safety-focused features such as a blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, fire-safe construction, and Double Block & Bleed (DBB) capability, this valve guarantees operational integrity and protection in both normal and emergency situations. A cavity pressure self-relief mechanism ensures pressure within the valve body does not exceed safe limits, while optional locking devices provide added security against accidental or unauthorized operation.
