PFA Lined Butterfly Valve – Acris® Series 24/25, High Purity, Anti-Corrosive

The PFA Lined Butterfly Valve Acris® Series 24/25 is engineered for the most demanding corrosive and ultra-pure service environments. This valve features a fully molded, chemically bonded PFA liner that provides superior resistance to nearly all chemicals, making it ideal for semiconductor, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical industries.

The valve body is made of ductile iron or stainless steel with precision PFA lining to withstand aggressive media. The disc is also fully encapsulated in PFA, ensuring a contamination-free, leak-tight performance with extremely low friction during operation. The Acris® design ensures zero cavities and no media entrapment, enhancing safety and cleanliness in sensitive processes.

Available in wafer (Series 24) and lug (Series 25) configurations, the valve complies with international standards and is designed for both manual and automated actuation. The smooth, non-stick PFA surface eliminates buildup, while the robust seat ensures tight shutoff even under vacuum or pressure fluctuations.
