The Pressure Balance Lubricated Plug Valve from TEJI is designed for efficient and durable flow control in a wide range of industrial applications. This rotary valve utilizes a 90° quarter-turn mechanism, aligning or blocking flow ports via a cylindrical plug. Its pressure-balanced design enables swift and smooth operation while reducing wear on sealing surfaces.
During actuation, the plug’s motion wipes clean any residues from the seat and plug surface, preserving performance and reducing maintenance. When in the fully open position, the plug is shielded from direct contact with flowing media, extending service life and maintaining sealing integrity.
