Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate Valve (TEJI) – Forged Steel, High Pressure, Spiral Wound/Pressure Seal Design

The Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate Valve from TEJI is designed for critical high-pressure applications requiring secure sealing and robust construction. Available in forged steel with three distinct bonnet configurations—Bolted, Welded, and Pressure Seal—the valve provides flexible performance to suit a wide range of industrial systems.

The pressure seal bonnet design utilizes internal system pressure to enhance sealing by compressing the bonnet gasket tighter against the valve body as pressure increases, delivering exceptional leak prevention in extreme service conditions. In contrast, the bolted bonnet relies on a spiral wound gasket and mechanical compression, while the welded bonnet ensures a permanent seal with full weld integrity.

The sealing surface may be flat or pyramidal, and the valve disc travels linearly along the seat axis. Operation is available with rising (lifting) stem or non-rising (rotating) stem designs, allowing precise and reliable control across various process fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metals, and radioactive fluids.
