The TEJI Pressure Seal Bonnet Globe Valve is purpose-built for high-pressure and high-temperature services where conventional bonnet sealing methods may fail. Designed and manufactured to BS 1873, API 600, and ASME B16.34 standards, this valve is a reliable solution for applications in power plants, oil & gas pipelines, and heavy industrial processing.

Unlike bolted bonnet designs, the pressure seal bonnet structure utilizes the system pressure to enhance the bonnet-to-body seal performance. As internal pressure increases, the seal tightens—delivering a compact, leak-proof, and maintenance-friendly valve solution.

The valve features a forged stem for improved strength and durability, and comes with options for solid or split discs, renewable seat rings, and flexible disc configurations. Its straight or Y-pattern body structure allows it to meet both general and space-constrained application requirements.

Available in sizes from 2" to 24" and pressure classes from CL150 to CL2500, TEJI pressure seal globe valves are compatible with a wide range of materials including WCB, WC6, CF8, CF8M, F304, F316, and Duplex (4A). Operation can be tailored to user requirements with handwheel, bevel gear, pneumatic, or electric actuators.
