Description
Top Entry Ball Valve – API 6D, ANSI 150#–2500#
TEJI’s Top Entry Ball Valve is meticulously engineered for critical pipeline applications in the oil and gas industry. Manufactured in an API-certified facility, this valve features a one-piece heavy-duty body for enhanced strength and simplified in-line maintenance. It allows easy access to internal components via the top entry bonnet design, minimizing downtime during servicing.
The valve supports both trunnion-mounted and floating ball configurations, available in full or reduced bore across ANSI Class 150 to 2500. It offers exceptional sealing, corrosion resistance, and safety features such as double block and bleed and TÜV-certified fire-safe design (API 607/API 6FA). Compatible with manual, gear, pneumatic, or electric actuation via ISO mounting pads, it ensures optimal performance even under high-pressure or corrosive environments.
With a wide material selection including Carbon Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, and Inconel, this valve meets the stringent requirements of NACE MR0175. Additional customization options include transition pups, metal-seated variants, fully welded body construction, and alternate bonnet/stem configurations.
