The Bray Tri Lok Triple Offset Butterfly Valve is a high-performance valve engineered for zero-leakage performance in the most demanding process conditions. Its triple offset geometry eliminates friction during opening and closing, which greatly reduces wear and ensures reliable sealing over an extended life cycle.
Designed for critical isolation, steam service, and corrosive or abrasive media, the Tri Lok features a robust metal-to-metal seal between the precision-machined laminated seat and the eccentrically mounted disc. This seat design not only delivers bi-directional zero leakage per API 598 and EN 12266-1 but is also fire-safe per API 607.
Tri Lok valves are designed to be fully bidirectional, allowing flexible installation. The blowout-proof shaft, ISO 5211 mounting flange, and wide range of body and trim materials allow integration into automated, safety-critical, and high-cycle applications in power, oil & gas, chemical, and marine industries.
