- NSW Polyurethane Knife Gate Valve – Abrasion Resistant, Urethane Lined, Bi-Directional Shut-Off
Description
NSW Polyurethane Knife Gate Valve – Abrasion Resistant, Urethane Lined
The NSW Polyurethane Knife Gate Valve is specifically designed for severe slurry, mining, and abrasive media services where extended durability, tight shut-off, and minimal maintenance are critical. Fully lined with high-performance polyurethane, this valve offers exceptional wear resistance and service life far beyond conventional rubber-lined or metal-seated valves.
The urethane liner not only provides permanent body and seat sealing but also supports a self-flushing mechanism, where the beveled stainless steel gate helps redirect flow to clear out slurry sediment. This valve delivers true zero-leakage performance with a molded elastomer seat and a bi-directional shut-off capability, ideal for systems requiring reverse flow prevention.
Maintenance is simplified with modular wear components including replaceable liners, knife gates, and seals—all field-replaceable without disassembling the main body, reducing downtime and cost.
