The NSW 12" Class 150 PTFE Fully Lined Flanged Butterfly Valve is designed for highly corrosive chemical applications requiring durable, leak-tight, and low-friction flow control. This valve features a cast iron body with a fully lined PTFE seat and PTFE-coated disc, ensuring excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. Built to API 609 and DIN3354 standards, the valve provides bi-directional sealing, low torque operation, and a long service life. Its flange-type connection ensures easy installation in pipeline systems up to Class 300 or PN16 rating. With top-mount ISO 5211 compatibility, this butterfly valve can be easily automated with pneumatic or electric actuators. Ideal for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
