The NSW 12" Class 150 Rubber Seat Butterfly Valve is engineered for efficient and reliable shutoff in fluid systems handling water, air, gas, and mild chemicals. Featuring a ductile iron body and resilient rubber seat (EPDM, NBR, or Viton optional), the valve provides bi-directional sealing and zero-leakage performance. Designed per API 609 and ASME B16.34, this valve features a concentric disc and stem arrangement, available in pin or non-pin stem designs. Its low-torque, self-cleaning seat design ensures reduced actuator load, extended seat life, and improved sealing. Suitable for manual or automated operation, the valve includes an ISO 5211 top flange for direct mounting of gear operators or actuators. Ideal for HVAC, water treatment, fire protection, chemical processing, and general utility pipelines.
