The NSW 8" Class 300 V-Port Segment Ball Valve is a high-performance control valve engineered for throttling and shut-off duties in flow systems that demand accuracy, durability, and minimal maintenance. Featuring a segmented "V" type ball and a one-piece WCB carbon steel body, this valve provides enhanced strength, reduced flow turbulence, and reliable confinement without cavity accumulation. The V-port geometry offers a wide control range (100:1 to 200:1) with nearly equal-percentage flow characteristics, enabling precise modulation across varying flow rates.

The hard-faced ball (STL, tungsten, or equivalent) and matching seats ensure extended life and superior sealing, even in services with fibrous slurries or viscous media containing particulates. Equipped with adjustable PTFE or RPPL jam-type stem packing, the valve ensures zero stem leakage under elevated temperatures. Built to ANSI and ISA control valve standards, and fully compliant with API fire safety, pressure, and material requirements, this valve is ideal for chemical, refining, power, pulp & paper, and general process control systems.
