The NSW 4" Class 300 Sleeved Plug Valve is a robust and compact valve solution ideal for handling viscous, corrosive, or solid-laden media in process industries. Featuring a cast A216 WCB carbon steel body with a fully encapsulated PTFE sleeve, this valve ensures bubble-tight sealing and zero cavity accumulation. Its innovative 360° sleeve protection design secures the lining in place, improving durability and minimizing sleeve distortion under pressure.

The plug valve’s metal-edge sleeve interface offers a self-cleaning action as the plug rotates, preventing build-up and maintaining smooth operation. The bi-directional flow capability allows flexible installation and operation. Available with manual lever, gear box, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators, this valve supports diverse industrial automation requirements.

Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 599, API 6D, and ISO 14313, and tested per API 598, the NSW sleeved plug valve meets rigorous standards for reliability and safety in demanding environments such as chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, and wastewater industries.
