The Soft Seated Trunnion Ball Valve is engineered for high-integrity isolation in critical process systems. Designed in accordance with API 6D, API 608, and ISO 17292, this valve features a robust trunnion-mounted configuration and is available in full or reduced bore. It is offered in various end connections including Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), Butt Weld (BW), and Plain End (PE), and in side-entry, top-entry, or fully welded body designs.

The sealing system is built around advanced non-metallic materials such as TFE, Devlon, Viton, and HNBR. These materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance, elasticity, wear resistance, and self-lubrication, significantly extending service life and enhancing reliability under demanding conditions.

Available in a broad range of sizes (NPS 2 to NPS 48) and pressure classes (Class 150 to 2500), this valve is constructed from a wide array of forged and cast materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, and special alloys like Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy. The valve design includes essential safety and operational features such as Double Block & Bleed (DBB), Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB), emergency seat and stem injection, and anti-static devices.
