NSW 6" Stainless Steel Ball Valve – Class 600, CF8M Body, Full Bore, Flanged Ends

The NSW 6" Class 600 Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a high-performance industrial valve built for severe service applications involving corrosive fluids, high pressures, and elevated temperatures. Constructed from corrosion-resistant CF8M stainless steel, this valve offers excellent durability and compatibility with aggressive media including water, oil, steam, acids, and alkalis.

With a trunnion-mounted or floating ball configuration (depending on pressure class and size), the valve ensures low operating torque and reliable sealing. It features a full port design for minimal flow restriction, and can be supplied with a side-entry, top-entry, or welded body construction for operational flexibility. The valve is fire-safe per API 6FA/607 and supports emergency seat and stem injection for critical applications.

Commonly used across petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, and power industries, the NSW stainless steel ball valve supports Double Block and Bleed (DBB) or Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB) configurations, with anti-static and anti-blowout stem safety features.
