NSW 12" Triple Offset Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve – Class 300, CF8M Body & Disc

The NSW 12" Class 300 Stainless Steel Butterfly Valve is a high-performance, triple offset (three-eccentric) valve engineered for demanding industrial flow control applications. Designed to deliver zero-leakage metal-to-metal sealing, this valve is ideal for aggressive media such as steam, acids, oil, gas, and high-temperature water.

Built with a robust ASTM A351 CF8M stainless steel body and disc, this valve offers superior resistance to corrosion and high temperatures up to 425°C. The stem is constructed from ASTM F316 stainless steel, with a sealing face in stainless steel or hard-faced STL for enhanced durability. The valve features a triple offset geometry to eliminate friction between the disc and seat during operation, minimizing wear and ensuring reliable shut-off over extended service life.

The NSW triple offset butterfly valve is available with manual lever, worm gear, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators. It is compliant with ANSI B16.34, API 609, MSS SP-68, and JIS standards, and rigorously tested to API 598 requirements. Available in sizes from 2" to 80", and pressure classes up to 900LB, it is suitable for critical isolation in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and power applications.
