The NSW 12" Class 600 Tilting Disc Check Valve is engineered for high-performance flow control in demanding industrial systems. Constructed from robust ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel, the valve is suitable for both horizontal and vertical piping systems. Its short valve travel and lightweight disc allow rapid response to pressure changes, while the integrated structure and compact profile provide easy installation and space-saving benefits.
Ideal for oil & gas, power generation, refining, and chemical processing applications, the valve adheres to API 594 and API 6D design standards, with stringent API 598 testing. Fire-safe to API 6FA/607 standards, and compliant with NACE MR-0175 and MR-0103 for sour service environments, the NSW Tilting Disc Check Valve delivers long service life, reliable sealing, and efficient fluid dynamics.
