Description
NSW 10" Top Entry Ball Valve – Class 600, WCB Body, F316 Trim, RF Flanged
The NSW 10" Class 600 Top Entry Ball Valve is a high-integrity valve solution engineered for demanding industrial pipeline applications. Its integral forged or cast body in ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel provides high structural strength, while precision A182 F316 stainless steel ball and seat components ensure corrosion resistance and consistent tight sealing.
This valve features a top entry construction, allowing internal components to be serviced or replaced in-line without removing the valve from the pipeline—dramatically reducing maintenance downtime. Designed to ASME B16.34 and API 6D standards, it offers exceptional durability and safety under high-pressure service.
The floating or trunnion-mounted ball (depending on size and pressure) enables smooth, reliable operation with minimal torque. Fire-safe tested per API 607/API 6FA, and suitable for manual, gear, electric, or pneumatic actuation. Ideal for applications in refining, petrochemicals, gas transmission, and critical utility systems.
