12” Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve – ANSI 300, F51 Duplex SS

The 12-inch (DN 300) trunnion-mounted ball valve model 12"-B5DS-2RBX is designed for demanding industrial flow control systems requiring high strength, corrosion resistance, and tight shutoff. Featuring a full bore design, the valve ensures unrestricted flow and minimal pressure drop, ideal for pipeline and process isolation. Constructed from forged F51 duplex stainless steel, including the ball and stem, the valve delivers excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. The 2-piece or 3-piece forged body is flanged with raised face (RF) ends conforming to ASME B16.5 standards. The valve uses RPTFE (Reinforced PTFE) seats and FKM AED (Anti-Explosive Decompression rated) Viton seals to maintain performance under fluctuating pressure and temperature. It is rated to operate at a maximum pressure of 51.7 barg at -45°C and 45.9 barg at 150°C. Manufactured in November 2021 with QSL-1 quality level, this valve meets rigorous international standards and is suitable for use in oil & gas, petrochemical, and high-integrity pipeline systems.
