Description:

VALVITALIA gate valves are engineered for superior shut-off performance and reliability across a wide range of high-pressure and high-temperature industrial applications. Designed and constructed according to API 6D and ANSI B16.34 standards, these valves feature an Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) configuration and are available in sizes from ½” to 24” with pressure classes ranging from 150# to 1500#. The standard design includes floating seats with grease injector, a back seat, and slab gate with electroless nickel plating for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance. Fire-safe certified to API 6FA and BS 6755 part 2, these valves offer spiral wound or RTJ bonnet seals and can be supplied with full stellited seats and slab gates upon request. Flanged and butt weld end connections are offered per ANSI and ASME standards. Expanding gate designs and gear operators are also available for larger or high-class sizes.
