Description
NSW 12" Wafer Butterfly Valve – Class 300, Triple Offset, CD4MCu Body
The NSW 12" Wafer Butterfly Valve – Class 300 is a high-performance valve engineered for critical flow control in demanding applications. Featuring a triple-eccentric disc design, the valve ensures zero friction between sealing surfaces during opening/closing and delivers exceptional durability and sealing integrity.
Constructed with a CD4MCu duplex stainless steel body, this valve offers excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, and stress cracking, making it suitable for aggressive chemical or offshore environments. The torque-generated elastic sealing system enables automatic, wedge-assisted sealing, ensuring tight shutoff without leakage.
Compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, this valve supports manual, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuation, and is ideal for systems requiring remote and automated control. Optional linings and trim materials are available for highly corrosive or abrasive media.
