Designed to prevent flame propagation through vapor lines, it serves as a reliable safeguard against flashback in facilities storing flammable liquids. This unit is optimized for Class A (flash point < 28°C) and Class B (flash point < 60°C) volatile hydrocarbons such as gasoline, toluene, crude oil, and kerosene.

Constructed for use in low-pressure systems (≤ 1.0 MPa), the ZHII arrester integrates seamlessly with compatible breathing valves for combined pressure/vacuum relief and flame arresting. Its design ensures the fire element remains secure and effective under pressure, delivering both passive explosion prevention and durable mechanical protection.
